Home Instead in Chicago is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors with dignity and independence. You’ll work with a dedicated office team and use our caregiver technology and scheduling tools to stay connected with clients and families.

This role offers weekly pay with benefits for eligible employees, paid training, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to learn and grow. Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience and ability to maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Aufgaben

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
