Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Kentucky. You will provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, follow individualized care plans, and help residents maintain safety, dignity, and independence.

You will engage residents in meaningful conversations and daily activities, while collaborating with families and care leaders. This role also supports dining services, preserves a welcoming environment, and provides enriching experiences for memory care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
