Job summary

You will follow each resident’s care plan, report changes to the clinical team, assist with transfers, do laundry as scheduled, and promote resident dignity and safety. Strong communication with teammates and dedication to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of memory loss care experience preferred.
• Experience in long‑term care or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and services to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using proper body mechanics.
• Launder residents' personal clothes and towels as scheduled.
• Interact with residents to ensure quality care and positive relations.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with policies and procedures.
