Job summary

Clearwater Mayo Blvd is seeking a part-time Caregiver in Phoenix, AZ to support seniors with daily living activities while upholding dignity and safety standards. The role involves safety checks, assistance with activities, following care plans, and documenting changes for supervisor review.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and government-clearance basics. CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification required.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
TB health requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform regular safety checks on residents.
Assist and encourage residents in their daily living activities and respond to needs promptly and kindly.
Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care, including managing oxygen equipment per MD orders.
Transport residents as necessary and assist with transfers, meals, activities, and transportation.
Clean, complete laundry, and assist with other community duties as required.
Chart and document information and report any observed changes to a supervisor.
Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergencies.
Maintain Clearwater Living standards and professional appearance.
