Heritage Springs is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to build relationships with residents, assist with life skills, and implement personal care plans. You will work with a clinical team to address residents' needs and support their routines.

This part-time, on-call position offers varied shifts (day, swing, NOC) and requires weekend availability. We value reliability, compassionate service, and clear communication with residents, families, and staff.

• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and activities as indicated on their profile.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
