Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a supportive community.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, following individualized care plans, promoting safety and dignity, and engaging residents in activities. A CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) and a high school diploma are required, with paid training provided. Sunrise values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
