Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents daily with personal care, safety, and meaningful interaction. You will follow ISPs, assist with activities, and help maintain a warm, safe environment across living areas.

Qualified applicants have a High School Diploma/GED, CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain it, and strong communication. This role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
