Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking caring Caregivers to support residents with ADLs, follow individualized care plans, and promote safety and independence. You will engage residents in daily activities and assist with dining services in a warm, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within employment.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Follow individualized care plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence while caring for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
