Clearwater Living's The Heights community in Houston is seeking a full-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and safety in accordance with policies.

The role offers a 4 on, 2 off schedule, pay rate $16.00 per hour, and benefits including 401(k), paid vacation, and growth opportunities. Previous experience and required certifications help ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Certified Assisted Living Caregiver Certification required.
• First Aid and CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular safety checks on residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and respond promptly and kindly.
• Follow care plans including oxygen management per MD orders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Complete laundry and assist with community activities as needed.
• Document observations and report changes to a supervisor.
