Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands-on care and assist with daily living activities, ensuring safety and well-being in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

The role welcomes candidates with a CNA license or relevant caregiving experience, and does not require a CNA license. Full-time weekend shifts are available, emphasizing empathy, reliability, and teamwork to help

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in caregiving or relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services, reporting changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
