Job summary

Visiting Angels Lawton, OK is seeking caring caregivers to support local seniors in Lawton, Duncan, Altus, and surrounding areas. You’ll provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and help with mobility.

We offer ongoing training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN. A passion for service, good communication, and reliability are essential; high school diploma or equivalent preferred, Covid vaccination preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion to serve others; a true caregiver.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks with patience.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with prescribed medications and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Report any unusual incidents or safety concerns.
