Adultcare Assistance Homecare is seeking caregivers to help seniors in Phoenix with daily tasks, transport, and companionship. You’ll drive clients to appointments, assist with personal care, and support memory care and health routines in private homes.

Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with full-time and part-time shifts. Benefits include paid training, paid time off, and 24/7 manager support, welcoming rewards, and merit raises after probation and periodically thereafter.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable car
• Genuine enjoyment of working with older adults
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass drug screening
• Proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
• Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients comfortable
• Manage incontinence care thoughtfully and respectfully
• Perform light housekeeping to ease daily stress
• Prepare nutritious meals to maintain client health
• Provide medication reminders to prevent hospital readmissions
• Ensure safety with memory care assistance
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
