Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Phoenix is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live independently in their homes. You will drive clients to appointments, assist with bathing, meals, medications reminders, and light housekeeping, delivering reliable companionship and safety.

We offer competitive pay of $17–$20 per hour with both full-time and part-time shifts, paid training, and 24/7 manager support. A valid driver’s license, reliable car, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable car with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients comfortable.
• Provide incontinence care management and safety supervision.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress for clients.
• Prepare meals to maintain seniors’ health.
• Give medication reminders to avoid missed doses.
• Support clients with memory care routines and mobility.
