Qualifications

• Experience in assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Ability to maintain resident dignity and independence.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information and report appropriately.
• Participate in designated facility in-services and assist new staff in tasks and responsibilities.
