Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Phoenix to help seniors stay independent. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour with full-time and part-time shifts, plus paid training and PTO.

You’ll travel to appointments, assist with grooming, meals, and medication reminders while prioritizing safety and dignity. We offer performance-based raises, 90-day onboarding milestones, and round-the-clock manager support.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Drug screening test required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable car required.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Provide incontinence care management.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Prepare healthy meals and give medication reminders.
• Ensure safety and support for memory care.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
