Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, promoting independence, safety, and dignity. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISPs, document changes, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The role emphasizes teamwork with families and care teams and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED, 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and support residents' safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services.
• Maintain a clean environment and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
