Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Texas is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility, while promoting dignity and independence.

You will assist with housekeeping, dining, transportation, and daily tasks; observe changes in condition; report concerns; and participate in a team dedicated to Residents First. CNA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living (wardrobe, personal hygiene, mobility).
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining, including escorting residents and cleanup.
