Qualifications

• Must pass Criminal Background Check and TB test.
• Must be eighteen (18) years old.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret care plans.
• Familiarity with Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to residents.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes effectively.

Skills
