Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will follow ISP guidelines, document changes, and contribute to a safe and dignified environment where residents can thrive.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid eligibility, and strong communication skills. This role offers paid training and growth opportunities within Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
