Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Fort Pierre, SD seeks a Caregiver to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This role emphasizes compassion, dignity, and respect in daily activities, meals, and emotional well-being, while maintaining a warm, home-like environment.

The caregiver will work with nursing and life enrichment teams, ensuring safety, independence, and meaningful resident experiences.

Mansioni

Assist Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents with activities of daily living.
Provide meals, hydration, and comfort; support safety and independence.
Record vital signs and monitor physical and emotional changes.
Offer companionship and emotional presence to residents.
Follow resident preferences and routines with person-centered care.
Collaborate with nursing and life enrichment teams to ensure a holistic resident experience.
Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control practices.
Submit timely documentation and communicate care needs to the team.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
