The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to seniors, assisting with daily activities to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. Qualifications:

  • Experience in home care, caregiving, or related field(Required)
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and provide professional references
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation(Required)
  • Must be at least 18 years old(Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and mobility support
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events
  • Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns to family members or supervisors
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
