Qualifications

• 7+ years in attorney career development or related field.
• Experience in coaching lawyers through career transitions.
• Strong networking with recruiting, in-house, and alumni communities.
• Proven ability to design programs, panels, and workshops for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one career counseling for attorneys considering external opportunities.
• Manage and expand a curated job board with in-house, government, and alumni postings.
• Create and run panels, programs and workshops on transition strategies and market insights.
• Support secondment program deployment and reintegration for secondees.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Alumni teams to connect clients and alumni to opportunities.
• Track market trends and report data to leadership to inform strategic planning.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports; oversee staffing and time-keeping.
