Job summary

Rolling Hills Health & Rehab in Topeka, Kansas seeks a Speech Pathologist to provide assessment, treatment, and education to residents. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CF completion or equivalent experience required.
• Kansas state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech therapy services, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language therapy
• Implement and modify interventions to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Document resident progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
