Rolling Hills Health & Rehab in Topeka, KS, is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our resident-centered care team. You will provide assessments, treatment, and education to residents, developing individualized plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion or equivalent experience.
• Kansas state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech therapy services, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language therapy.
• Implement and modify interventions to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Document resident progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
