Rolling Hills Health & Rehab in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. You will provide assessments, treatment, and education to residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

This role emphasizes improving communication, independence, and quality of life for seniors. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CF completion or equivalent, and Kansas state licensure.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion or equivalent experience.
Kansas state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide speech therapy services including articulation, fluency, voice, and language therapy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Document progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams.
Stay current with best practices through ongoing education and training.
