Good Samaritan in Park River, ND seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

The role includes coordination of care, possible charge nurse responsibilities, and delegation to licensed/unlicensed personnel, under state practice standards and a Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state of practice or multi-state licensure (NLC).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and maintain required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address concerns.
