Job summary

SilverRide is seeking compassionate independent contractor drivers to partner with us for door-through-door transportation for older adults and others with mobility needs. You will drive a 4-door sedan or mid-size SUV and provide assistance from home to vehicle and to destinations.

Applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record for 3+ years, and pass background checks and safety tests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with a clean record.
• Pass Federal Transit Authority and state drug and alcohol tests.
• Willingness to be fingerprinted and pass a criminal background check.
• No felonies or charges involving violence.
• Not on the National Sex Offender Registry.
