Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering patient-centered care in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication with patients and families; teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.
