Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, within Renewal Rehab's patient-centered, mentorship-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with current license.
• Experience supporting seniors in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision.
