Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a psychotherapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health care in post-acute and long-term care settings. You will perform clinical assessments, diagnoses and individual psychotherapy, addressing depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, onsite with remote documentation, and strong organizational support. Eligible Tennessee licensure and prior experience with older adults are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as LPC, LMFT or LMHC.
• LCSW not considered at this time.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• 1 year of experience as a psychotherapist.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Coverage area includes Chattanooga and nearby Tennessee communities.
