The MedElite Group is hiring a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings in Bennington, VT. This part-time role focuses on meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care within a facility-based team.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnoses, care planning, orders for tests, and patient education. Licensure in MA and 6 months LTC experience are required, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/MD license
• Massachusetts license in good standing
• Minimum 6 months of long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare

Mansioni

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
