Job summary

myPlace Health is seeking a Community Business Development Specialist to expand referrals for our PACE program. You’ll build partnerships with providers, senior centers, and community groups, and be the face at events to raise awareness and enrollment.

Responsibilities include educating families about PACE, meeting monthly goals, handling leads, and maintaining CRM records. Travel across service areas and occasional evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years in outreach, marketing, sales, or community engagement in healthcare or senior services.
• Proven success meeting referral/enrollment goals through relationship-building.
• Bilingual skills valued (English/Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Korean, or Vietnamese).
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with healthcare providers, senior centers, and community orgs.
• Represent the PACE program at events, health fairs, and community gatherings.
• Educate families about PACE to support independence and quality of life.
• Meet referral and enrollment goals, generating qualified leads and center tours.
• Track outreach activity using CRM and ensure follow-through.
