Eden Health Care seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in Rhode Island. The OTA will deliver high-quality treatments under OT supervision, manage caseloads, and educate residents and families on home exercises to support discharge planning.

Formación

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• Current or eligible for licensure as an OTA in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with OT treatment trends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the OT according to Plans of Care.
• Collaborate with supervisors to manage treatment schedules while meeting facility efficiency standards.
• Maintain adherence to PPS guidelines, state licensure regulations, and professional ethics; ensure billing and documentation accuracy.
