Job summary

Milestone seeks a Staff Nurse (RN, LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality clinical care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assess health, develop care plans, and communicate with staff and families to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will participate in ongoing CQI initiatives and mentor care staff, upholding compassionate, professional service for the elderly.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN/LVN license required or as mandated by state
• Nursing degree preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health and update care plans
• Communicate needs to Director and families
• Provide hands-on care per care plans
• Train and support care staff on education and competency
