Job summary
Curana Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team delivering high-quality primary care in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Qualifications
- Valid NP or PA license in state of operation and current board certification.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Conduct routine rounds and adjust treatments as needed.
- Coordinate care with facility staff, families, and other providers.
- Educate residents and families on disease prevention and wellness.
- Maintain EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions.
