Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents. The role includes medication assistance, documentation, and daily living activity support in a safe, home-like environment.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED, with CNA certification preferred, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred. Prior experience with seniors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with medications and treatment under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
• Engage residents in daily living activities and life enrichment.
• Greet and assist residents, families, and staff as needed.
