Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and age 18+.
• Medication Administration certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration and document accurately.
• Monitor residents during and after medication passes and report concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts and maintain organized medication areas.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to prevent errors.
