Arvum Senior Living is seeking caring CNAs to provide hands-on assistance and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. You will work closely with teammates to maintain cleanliness, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence with residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
