Morning Pointe memory care communities seek a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support daily resident care in a warm, secure environment focused on dignity and independence. The LPN will collaborate with RA/CNA staff, follow care plans, monitor health and medication needs, and contribute to a compassionate, professional team.

The role requires an active LPN license in the applicable state, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while standing for extended periods; high school diploma

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the required state and CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; LPN credential preferred or required.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, document and monitor resident health and concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
