Job summary

PSL is seeking an LPN/LVN or RN to provide compassionate nursing care for seniors. A current state license is required and at least 1 year of experience with seniors is preferred. You will assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with seniors preferred.
Familiarity with drug actions and interactions; strong assessment skills.
Leadership and supervisory skills preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents and monitor health status.
Perform assessments and document findings.
Coordinate with nursing staff and physicians for care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure quality-of-care standards.
