Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a Care Pro Lead to support older adults in their homes across the greater Philadelphia area. This full-time role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week with a Sunday-Thursday 8:00 am–8:00 pm schedule, and a pay range of $20.00-$22.50 per hour depending on experience.

The position requires 5+ years of caregiving experience (non-family) or active CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credentials, with mileage reimbursement and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family, OR active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential.
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, office staff, and fellow caregivers.
• Calm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situations.
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and care documentation.
• Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines.
• Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs.
• Assist with new client starts to create a smooth and positive care experience.
• Review care plans and visit notes to understand client needs and preferences.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and other caregivers.
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers when needed.
