Job summary

St Philip's Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Bowburn Care Centre to support the Manager and lead a team of care workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will promote residents' dignity and independence on daily care tasks.

You will assume responsibilities in the Manager's absence and help plan, monitor, and review care with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and compassionate support for the elderly residents. Training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Senior Care Assistant role with focus on leading care team and maintaining residents' dignity.
• Involvement in care planning and delivery with emphasis on independence and safety.
• Experience or progression towards NVQ3 / MA L3 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
