Job summary

Senior Helpers of The Wasatch Mountains – Park City, UT is seeking caregivers to support clients in Park City, Snyderville, Deer Valley, Kamas, and Oakley with non-medical home care. You will provide companionship, meal prep, personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, and transportation, following a personalized care plan.

We offer $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, referral bonuses, and a mission-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Non-medical in-home care experience preferred.
• CNA preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check and be 18+.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Meal preparation and help with hobbies or activities.
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, hygiene.
• Walking assistance and mobility support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders and transportation to appointments.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll provide non‑medical in‑home support such as:
• Companionship, conversation, and engagement
• Meal preparation and help with hobbies or activities
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Walking assistance and mobility support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Following a personalized care plan and reporting updates

Who We’re Looking For

• We hire people with heart — and we train for the rest.
• CNA Preferred But Not Required
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA is helpful
• Must treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must pass a background check
• Must be 18+ and able to commute to client homes
