Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian for skilled care communities. This on-site role may be split or filled by one RD. You will complete visits Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with travel outside the Seneca area for additional hours if desired.

As part of a nationwide network of RD colleagues, you will monitor residents' nutritional needs, provide education, assist with MDS, and support dining managers. Flexible schedule and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required to practice as an RD.
• State license if required by the state.
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site visits Monday–Friday during regular business hours.
• Monitor residents' nutritional needs with the clinical team.
• Offer nutrition education and assist with MDS as needed.
• Formulate nutrition assessments with input from the dining manager.
• Guide dining services, meal rounds, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff; participate in policy development.
• Monitor implementation of effective nutritional care systems.
