Columbus Health and Rehab in Columbus, WI is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You’ll assist in preparing and serving meals, set up trays, and deliver meals according to dietary orders and menus. You will help maintain food safety, clean tables and equipment, and support residents with warmth and respectful service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math, understand measurements and follow instructions.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Solid communication, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to interact with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents and set up trays.
• Deliver meals and retrieve trays; wash dishes as needed.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions and follow policies.
• Provide warm, friendly service and build relationships with residents and families.
