Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service for residents, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and standards.

You will follow policies for the Culinary Services Department, promote service quality through cost, quality, and quantity controls, and provide meal service that respects residents' preferences and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• The Culinary Services Aide assists the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follows established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promotes food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
