Qualifications

• High school completion or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Some previous kitchen experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast and lunch and maintain proper temperatures.
• Prepare entrees and salads per the menu.
• Assist with food substitutions during shortages or substitutions.
• Keep work area clean and sanitize equipment daily.
• Order and check foods for diets and special menus.
