Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong English language reading/writing.

• Carries out daily plan of care and documents care.
• Assists with meals and personal care tasks.
• Maintains records and communicates changes to Wellness Director.
• Attends meetings and completes trainings as scheduled.
