Inspired Living at Ocoee is seeking a Full-Time Certified Medication Aide to provide medication management and ADL support to residents. The role emphasizes compassionate care and adherence to service plans within a supportive team.

You will document daily tasks, follow physician orders, communicate with medical professionals and families, and ensure compliance with health regulations under Health and Wellness leadership. Growth opportunities exist in a caring culture.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of caregiving experience required.
• State-required HHA/CNA certification.
• Six months supervisory experience in a health-related field.
• Ability to read physician orders and match to medication administration records.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology applicable to medications.

Aufgaben

• Follow the resident service plan and pass medications per physician orders and MAR.
• Document completion of daily tasks.
• Document observed changes in condition per local rules and policies.
• Communicate resident needs to fellow Medication Aides for consistent quality.
• Participate in meal service including serving, clearing, and cleaning the dining room.
• Supervise staff during working hours.
• Maintain required certifications and complete in-service trainings as required by licensing agencies.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.
• Assist Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director with safety investigations when injuries occur.
