Candidates should have a Diploma or GED, experience with Alzheimer’s patients, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation. Prior experience in social work or long-term care and familiarity with EHR documentation

• Experience with Alzheimer patients is required or highly preferred.
• Prior experience in social work, counseling, human services, or related field is preferred.
